Find the saved file on Android

Chrome usually saves the video in your device's Downloads folder. Open Files, My Files, or Files by Google and select Downloads. It may also appear in Gallery after Android scans it.

If Chrome asks for permission, allow it for this download. A notification normally appears when the transfer finishes.

Troubleshoot an unsupported or missing video

A Pinterest page can contain a still image, animated image, story-style post, or video. If Pinova returns an image, confirm the exact pin—not a board or search page—contains a playable video.

  • Update Chrome if the download never starts.
  • Turn off Data Saver if the preview is incomplete.
  • Copy the link directly from the pin's Share menu.
  • Try the full pinterest.com URL if a pin.it link no longer resolves.

Preserve video quality

Download the largest available MP4 rather than recording the screen. The source file avoids interface controls and extra encoding loss.
